In 2021, after Training Camp we worked with the Mike Zimmer Foundation to host the Vikings Season Kick Off  Party .  Guests enjoyed food and drinks as well as live music while bidding on auction items  at the Vikings Museum.  With an epic Live Auction the foundation raised nearly $200,000  between this event and the Golf Classic.

On May 15th local sports celebrities and media personalities teamed up with sponsors and partners for a fun day of golf to raise money for Back2Back Cincinnati, a non-profit organization dedicated to being an advocate for children, youth and families.  Teams competed in various competitions throughout the course while enjoying food and drinks along the way.

In 2022 we teamed up with Key Bank to help them activate their sponsorship at the Western and Southern Tennis Tournament.  We managed their suite throughout the week and hosted over 200 guests in the hospitality tent for a Friday night cocktail party.

On Friday, May 21st family and friends of All Saints packed the Blue Ash Golf Course to raise money for the All Saints Boosters, an organization dedicated to providing opportunities for All Saints students to participate in athletics. Both the 9 hole morning scramble and the 18 hole afternoon scramble were completely full with guests enjoying lively music, food, drinks, contests and more!

The 2021 Super Bowl of Golf took place on Monday, June 21st at Summit Hills Country Club.  NFL Alumni teamed up with partners and sponsors to compete for various prizes and have some fun while raising money for a great cause - St. Elizabeth Cancer Center. The winners would represent the Cincinnati Chapter and compete against 23 other teams in the national Super Bowl of Golf in Las Vegas.  The storms held off and teams enjoyed bourbon compliments of Brown Forman, club fittings from PXG and a long drive competition against Rob Oristaglio on one of the par 5's.

The FC Cincinnati Foundation collaborated with FC Cincinnati to put their own spin on girls night out with the inaugural Ladies Lace Up event that took place at the Mercy Health Training Center on October 17, 2019.  The first of it's kind, the event featured hands on instructions from FC Cincinnati coaches plus chalk talk in the locker room while the ladies soaked in the new sights and sounds of the MLS team's facilities. The evening began with cocktails and food stations, a silent auction and random raffle then progressed into women rushing the field to try to score a goal on Gary - the mascot, on-field drills, knockerball games, relay races and awesome gift bags as they departed.

The 2019 Inaugural Mike Zimmer Golf Classic took place on Monday, May 13th at Bearpath Golf and Country Club. The Golf Classic was the first major fundraiser for the Mike Zimmer Foundation (MZF)!

Sponsors, partners, celebrities and players gathered for a weekend of camaraderie, food, drinks, golf and games while raising money for a great cause. On Saturday, May 11th, sponsors, partners and celebrities enjoyed a Pre-ParTee at the TCO Performance Center with a unique setting as they wined and dined on the practice field.  Then on Monday, May 13th, golfers enjoyed a  lunch, golf, games, contests and dinner at Bearpath Golf and Country Club.

Fowling - yes, that's correct, Fowling with an "F"!  We created this event for the NFL Alumni Association - Cincinnati Chapter and teams of two paired up for a
fun evening combining some of their favorite things:  Football + Bowling;
Former NFL Players + Armchair Quarterbacks; Food + Drinks;
Games + Prizes; Fun +Competition

Teams tried (and succeeded) to beat the NFL Alumni at their own game... well sort of their own game!  They got the opportunity to try the newest sport in town - a simple game in which you throw a football at 10 bowling pins with the goal to knock them down first!

Football 101 in Cincinnati is synonymous with fun. Any woman who is a true fan of the game has more than likely attended this event at Paul Brown Stadium. The 101 clinic features non-stop action and unique activities designed to help women learn about the game while supporting a great cause.  The first Football 101 was held in 2004, and Lindsay has raised the bar each year since, adding more sponsors and innovative activities for the ladies to enjoy. Visits to the the locker room and weight room, chalk talk with the coaching staff, and on-field activities round out an unparalleled evening of entertainment at the ladies only event that has become the Marvin Lewis Community Fund’s second largest fundraiser. In 2012 the event was named “Best One of A kind Experience” by Cincinnati Magazine!

The Marvin Lewis Golf Classic was the largest fundraiser for the Marvin Lewis Community Fund, and it became a premier golf outing in the Cincinnati area. Lindsay worked each year to  make the outing bigger and better, adding more sponsors and vendors to make it a must-attend event.  Not just another day on the course, the event was actually a weekend extravaganza, featuring a VIP party the night before the outing, a 14 hole scramble, and a Post Play Party after golf wrapped.

The VIP party was held at various locations through the years, but most recently at Montgomery Inn Boathouse, in a large tent specifically chosen for the event. Guests were treated to an array of food and cocktails, had the chance to meet Scholarship recipients, bid on amazing silent and live auction prizes, and meet some of the celebrities participating in the outing.

Bright and early the next day, golfers enjoyed a full breakfast and guests loved the Celebrity Closest to the Pin contest that preceded play. With all three courses in play at Shaker Run, the field of 224 golfers had not only beautiful terrain to enjoy, but also several hole in one prizes to shoot for and a “Taste of the Jungle” to navigate. Local restaurants and bars featured their favorites on the course, so there was absolutely no chance a golfer ever went hungry or thirsty!

After a day of fierce but friendly competition, golfers and guests attended a party on Shaker Run’s Signature hole. Much deserved prizes were awarded, more amazing food was enjoyed and tired golfers left the course happy.

In 2017 the MLCF hosted the Marvin Lewis Golf Classic at the new Topgolf in West Chester. By hosting at this new venue, weather was not a concern, and even non-golfers could enjoy the fun! 192 participants enjoyed a variety of games with their celebrity golfer, had non-stop food and festive beverages, and of course, prizes! The venue allowed for some innovative contests including shots into the hands of AJ Green and Tyler Eifert as well as a Yeti cooler!

We worked with ProCamps to create the event Reggie envisioned. He wanted the golfers to enjoy all the amenities of a golf outing while enjoying a little taste of the night life. On various holes, golfers were met with food, drinks, and music that made for a celebratory atmosphere and a world class good time!

Rob Gronkowski -
Julian Edelman Football 101

Rob Gronkowski’s big personality led to a BIG Football 101 in Boston. We partnered with ProCamps in 2013 for the inaugural event, held at Harvard University. Rob played host to 100 ladies that first year, and yes, there was dancing! By 2015 we had grown the event to hosting 200 women at Gillette Stadium. When Rob’s other commitments made his schedule too tight, his team mate and good friend, Julian Edelman, took over the arduous “duties” of playing host to 300 adoring women for the 2016 Football 101 at Gillette Stadium. With each successive 101, we worked to keep the party fresh and fun with more sponsor activations and new activities. (When you see familiar faces at an event year after year, you know you’re doing something right. We want guests to leave an event ready to sign up for next year!)

In 2017 we were excited to add Coach Hue Jackson of the Cleveland Browns to our client list.  We helped plan  “Breaking Down the Game – an Evening with Coach Jackson”, the first fundraiser for the Hue Jackson Foundation.  The event gave fans and armchair quarterbacks an inside look at the Brown’s training facilities and how the coaching staff prepares for a game.

After Coach Jackson hosted a cocktail party in the players’ cafe, he broke down the game, reviewed game film, discussed why certain plays were called and specific schemes were used against certain opponents. He even touched on long term plans for the team and what the future of the Browns looks like! Coach graciously answered all those burning questions his guests asked, including what he likes most about Cleveland.

In 2015 we hosted the first Celebrity Waiter event for the Marvin Lewis Community Fund at Eddie Merlot's.  Bengals players donned aprons to serve dinner to patrons and compete for tips.  While we changed the format to dinner by the bite the following year we had just as much fun as guests cheesed for cameras in the Photo Booth with players and tipping their favorite mixologists.

Our experience doesn't end with sports!  From an intimate backyard barbecue to a seated dinner for 200 on the 50 yard line at Paul Brown Stadium.  We handle every party like it's the Championship Game!
